1. The service
Nexora provides AI-generated business intelligence derived from public sources and information you supply. Access is licensed, not sold, for the duration of an active subscription or trial.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use Nexora to break the law, infringe rights, circumvent access controls, resell output as an independent data product, or attempt to access another organization's data.
3. AI output
Output is generated by automated systems and may be incomplete or incorrect. It is informational only. You are responsible for independently verifying anything before acting on it.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the information you submit. You grant us the limited right to process it to deliver the service.
5. Plans and billing
Plans, limits and prices are configurable and may change with notice. Trials convert only with your explicit action.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexora is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from decisions made using its output.
7. Review notice
This document is a good-faith draft. It must be reviewed by qualified counsel before commercial launch.
